Availability of our Support services over the festive season

Our Support services close for the holidays at 17:00 BST (11:00 CST) on Friday December 19th, 2025.

Our Support services are not available between Saturday December 20th, 2025, and Monday January 5th, 2026. Therefore, any support requests submitted after 17:00 BST on Friday December 20th, up until Monday January 5th, will be reviewed and replied to promptly during normal business hours when our Support services resume on Monday January 5th, 2026.
