Our Support & Sales services will close at 17:00 BST and 17:00 EST on Wednesday December 23, 2020 and reopen on Monday January 4, 2021.

Our Support services will not be available between Thursday December 24, 2020 and Sunday January 3, 2021. Therefore, any support requests submitted after 17:00 on Wednesday December 23, 2020 up until Sunday January 3, 2021 will be reviewed and responded to promptly during normal business hours when our Support services resume on Monday January 4, 2021.

Any refund requests for Carveco products we receive between Thursday December 24 and Sunday January 3 will be honoured on resumption of normal business, on or after January 4, 2021. This is provided the refund request is received within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 30 days of your perpetual purchase in accordance with Section 8 of our terms and conditions.
